My goal is to provide quality resources for students, teachers, parents, and anyone interested in learning about ancient and medieval history. The materials on this site are geared to be interesting to middle school students. However, parents and teachers should preview the videos, as some are somewhat PG-13.
Philosophy
As a middle school history educator, I believe that it is the responsibility of teachers to help their students appreciate the richness and significance of the events of the past. By investigating the people, the art, the conflicts, and the ideas of our history, we can better understand the world today.
